As you may have already figured out, there are too many sources out there that state how "Inexpensive &  Affordable" a container home can be.

And then you look for floor plans and pictures and find even more information and lots of cool stuff, but no models by builders with pricing.

Oh...we know you find LOTS and LOTS of opinions on just how cheap it can be! But not too much in the actual costs involved in most Urban, Sub-Urban and Rural settings in the civilized world where "BUILDING CODE-ENFORCEMENT" is enforced.

Let us try and explain...

Question: What do you mean it is not as innexpensive as they say? We all know you can buy a used container in decent condition for an average of $2500.00 or so for a 40' unit. Sometimes even less!

Answer: You are specifically referencing the container. Typically 8'x8'x40' - Covenant Development only uses "HC" or high capacity units which measure 8' x 9' 6" x 40'. These units are only purchased "certified" water tight and non-hazardous inspected.
