A "MODULAR MODEL container home"can be as small as 160 sq. ft or as large as 320 sq. ft. Or even have a custom modular. 


If you wish to create a "double-wide" or "triple-wide" or however many 20' or 40' add-ons, in different configurations...it becomes a custom build.


Simple configurations in example would be:

  • If you want us to build something you have designed, we have to run it through architectural and structural and mechanical engineers for final design.
  • If we get that far...how many square feet is it?
    • ​1000 sq. ft. ?
    • 2000 sq. ft. ?
    • 3000 sq. ft. ?
    • plus????
  • Figure that any CUSTOM DESIGN BUILD will run on average between $185-$250 per square foot finished contractor grade to mid-grade finishes.



At the end of the day...


Are you wanting to live in a container-home or a home comprised of containers as the base building blocks? That is the main COST differential.

We can accomodate you and work with your vision!

All of these above professionals must in most cases be used to ensure that both, FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY & LOCAL Code Enforcement Ordinances are followed in the building process of said new home, business, or other permanent structure being permitted by "THEM"


You/We cannot just do what looks cheap on TV with the Off-Grid DIY folks. It is not cheaper. It is a choice.
